La Canonica has a variety of facilities available for its guests. You can taste wines, enjoy abundant breakfasts, afternoon Tuscan appetizers, homemade sweets and delicious dinners in La Canonica’s restaurant, its large terrace and cellar. You can even combine an afternoon horseback riding lesson with a scrumptious afternoon rustic Tuscan snack for the whole family. A wonderful way to pass the afternoon: spending time with horses and enjoying good food.

La Canonica is furnished with an 18 x 9 meter swimming pool and a baby pool. Following the stony pathway through a myriad of flowers in our large garden you’ll find a library full of historical, artistic and Tuscan culinary texts. There is also a large room for parties, marriages and/or receptions and a comfortable living room where you can sit, relax and chat or were you can even watch videos of some of the most important Reining competitions in the world, competitions in which our horses have participated.
You can also enjoy relaxing walks along beautiful paths through the Tuscan countryside… for example, the ancient road of the Francigena. You can see where our horses are out to pasture along with their foals/colts. There’s even a lake line with oak trees and wild roses that you can visit. The really passionate can rent bikes to take biking excursions or ride our beautiful quarter horses, children of champions, on our riding grounds, guided by an instructor.
